Mehedi Hasan Miraz, also known as “Mehedi Hasan” is a Bangladeshi Rising Cricketer. He was born on 25 October 1997 in Khulna, Bangladesh. He is now playing in Bangladesh National Team, Bangladesh national under-19 cricket team & Kalabagan Cricket Academy. Miraz made his first-class debut against Rajshahi Division cricket team on 16 February 2015. On his debutante matches, he made 51 runs (he batted only the first innings) and took four wickets. In December 2015 he was named as the captain of Bangladesh’s squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
Miraz had a high attraction to Bangladeshi cricket fans within a short time of his career. He made his first-class debut as a player of Rajshahi Division cricket team on 16 February 2015. Miraz made his debut in Test Cricket against England on 20 October 2016. He is a Right-handed batsman & Right arm off break bowler; he is playing as an All-rounder. His first wicket in Test Cricket is Ben Duckett, who is another debutant in the same Test match& Duckett became the Mehedi’s first test wicket. In the same match, he also became the seventh and youngest Bangladesh player to take a five-wicket haul on debut in a Test. In his next test match, he became the sixth spinner to take five wickets for three times in his first two Tests.
