Prabhas is an Indian film actor – a popular name in Telugu cinema. He started his career in 2002 with the drama film Eshwar and went on to act in many Telugu movies. He also appeared in Bollywood – in an item number in Prabhudeva’s 2014 film “Action Jackson”. His most notable performance being the epic film Baahubali (2015) where he played the lead role. He was instantly in the limelight after the release of Baahubali.
He is the son of film producer Late U. Suryanarayana Raju and his wife Siva Kumari. His uncle is the famous Telugu actor Krishnam Raju Uppalapati.
