Roopa Ganguly is an The Indian Bengali film actress. She was born on 25 November 1966 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Roopa mainly works in The Indian Bengali language & Bangladeshi films. She is also a Playback singer & The Indian Politician. Roopa became popular for playing the role of “Draupadi” in the Television Series Mahabharat in 1988. In 2015, Roopa joined BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) & she nominated to the “Rajya Sabha” on October 4, 2016. She made her debut as a lead actress in the movie “Saaheb” alongside Anil Kapoor in 1985. After that, she appeared in many Telugu, Kannada, Oriya, Assamese, Bollywood & Bengali films.
